Izabela Cichonska completed her master's degree in architecture at Wrocław University of technology. Her thesis was awarded Graduation Project of the Year in 2010 by the Polish Association of Architects. After graduation, Izabela joined Pentagram Design in London, where she worked on interior design projects for Alexander McQueen, Cass Art and the Olympic Park Legacy Pavilion.
With Nathan de Groot, Lindsay Harkema and Ondrej Janku she has been awarded first place in the Tallinn Architecture Biennale 2013 Vision Competition (Recycling Socialism). Having graduated from Strelka she joined Bazelevs as an art director of dragon castle for Timurs Bekmabetov newest movie "Dragon". Today she is also tutoring at Strelka Institute.
