Masha Slavnova is an architect and researcher with a degree in Architecture from the University of Texas in Arlington. As an architect she has worked on award-winning residences in Dallas and San Francisco. Was a part of Rebar Group in San Francisco, an art and design collective dedicated to creative activism and urban ecology. Participated and worked on Pavement to Parks Initiative, Hayes Valley Urban Farm, conducted workshops on activating under-used space in Montreal and participated in workshops on urban regeneration in Taipei. Project office leader for the research ‘Archaeology of the Periphery’ conducted for the Moscow Urban Forum by Project Meganom with 2012-2013 Strelka graduates.
