Audingas Sumskas is young architect and researcher (with an education in Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture and Design, Post Graduate Studies (Future Urbanism) Russia, Umeå School of Architecture, Laboratory of Immediate Architectural Intervention (M.Arch) Sweden, Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Architecture (Exchange) Poland, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, Department of Architecture (B.Arch) Lithuania).
Audingas has been working in architectural practices in both Lithuania and Sweden, has been at winning position of 3 arch. competitions on national and international level, meanwhile doing independent arch. work behind the name milimili. He participated in prominent international workshop SALT, published in CNN, Archdaily, Dezeen and others.
Audingas specializes in the field of Critical Architecture and the opportunities for implementation of Relational, Political, Social and Ethical approach to Architecture. His work focuses on rethinking the non-cities in today’s commercialized, standardized and globalised world.
