Your best weekday morning can now begin with yoga practice, which literally lifts you off the ground.
Acrovinyasa unites elements of vinyasa yoga, acroyoga, and inversion training. The idea of the practice is to focus on synchronized breath in movement, building strength, and finding balance. Training will be held by Anissa Naouai (USA) and Vladimir Batalin (Russia), certified instructors of acrovinyasa yoga, which is still little represented in Russia.
Participants at all skill levels, including those with no previous yoga experience, are invited. Some asanas are performed in pairs: you are welcome to bring friends or to find a partner just at the training.
To participate you need to have your own mat locker rooms will be organized in a separate room.
