Contemporary museums not only preserve history, but generate new meanings. As an element of an urban centrifugal force, museums can change not only the cultural, but also the physical landscape around them.
Discussion participants will speak about museums that educate citizens, spaces that become an accessible medium, and the complexes around which city life develops.
